Apprentice Chef
The Ballina RSL Club is looking for a passionate 1st or 2nd year apprentice chef to join our team in preparing food for the Boardwalk and River Café food service outlets, club functions and events. Duties will include working with and liaising with chefs on duty to ensure meal preparation and presentation standards are maintained. This position is also open to candidates who are interested in starting a career in cooking but may not have any previous culinary training.

Qualified Chefs & Kitchen Hands
We are seeking trade qualified Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join our team in preparing food for the Clubs food service outlets which includes club functions and offsite catering events.

We are seeking experienced barista staff to deliver friendly and efficient customer service, prepare hot and cold beverages and food menu items. Applicants will also focus on prompt service, ensure stock levels are maintained and areas kept clean and safe whilst also being flexible to work in different service areas of the club. Experience in Bars with a current RSA and RCG would be a strong advantage to this position.
