Dylan Curnow is an experienced composer, keyboard player and arranger. Dylan has worked as a freelance musician for a the past 25 years in Sydney and in the Northern Rivers. In addition to playing piano and keyboards he has worked extensively as a composer and arranger. Dylan was until recently a member of local singer Lisa Hunt’s band ‘Forever Soul’ and with that band toured extensively in Australia as well as internationally. He has directed the Isabella a cappella vocal ensemble at Southern Cross University since 2009 and has led three tours to Japan with that group. Dylan has been commissioned to write arrangements for Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (as part of the Loreal Fashion Festival) and has performed with many great local and international artists including Wendy Matthews and Leo Sayer. Dylan has a particular love of New Orleans piano blues and his extensive work as a solo piano player early in his career allowed him to explore and develop his own personal style that draws heavily on these traditions.
