The entire family will enjoy Blake’s menu, starting with a taste plate of local produce, choice of three mains and three desserts
House made focaccia with olive oil and balsamic
- Swordfish skewer with salsa verde
- Chorizo, tomato and feta bruschetta
- Prosciutto with rockmelon, balsamic and parmesan
- Pan seared locally caught fish with caponata, green beans, and fennel puree.
- Pork cutlet parmigiana with potato salad, pesto greens and basil
- Slow braised lamb shoulder in master stock broth with steamed coconut rice, roasted baby carrots, chilli peanut jam
- Milk chocolate mousse, coffee cream, blueberries and roasted hazelnuts
- Coconut pannacotta, pineapple and lime salsa, macadamia praline and passionfruit sorbet
