Executive Chef Blake Seymour has designed a three course lunch menu that mum will adore!

The entire family will enjoy Blake’s menu, starting with a taste plate of local produce, choice from three mains and two desserts

Tasting plate

  • Swordfish skewer with salsa verde
  • Chorizo, tomato and feta bruschetta
  • Prosciutto with rockmelon, balsamic and parmesan


  • Pan seared locally caught fish with caponata, green beans, and fennel puree.
  • Pork cutlet parmigiana with potato salad, pesto greens and basil
  • Slow braised lamb shoulder in master stock broth with steamed coconut rice, roasted baby carrots, chilli peanut jam


  • Milk chocolate mousse, coffee cream, blueberries and roasted hazelnuts
  • Coconut pannacotta, pineapple and lime salsa, macadamia praline and passionfruit sorbet
