Executive Chef Blake Seymour has designed a three course lunch menu that mum will adore!

The entire family will enjoy Blake’s menu, starting with a taste plate of local produce, choice of three mains and three desserts

  • Ballina king prawn, smoked eggplant and sumac
  • Grilled haloumi, pepperonata and lemon


  • Pan seared locally caught fish with roasted seasonal vegetables, sumac almonds and salsa verde
  • Slow roasted rib fillet with potato salad, broccolini, forestier mushrooms and red wine jus
  • Roasted chicken breast, roasted cumin pumpkin, hummus, quinoa and green bean tabouleh, with pistachio and coriander salsa
