Sittings are available for 6pm, 6.30pm or 7pm in Spinnakers Restaurant overlooking the Richmond River

Taste plate to start- shared between two

  • Ballina king prawn with green paw paw salad and nam jim.
  • Beetroot arancini and smoked paprika mayo.
  • Seared beef with dried cherry tomato and salsa verde

 

Mains

  • Roasted chicken breast with roasted pumpkin, chorizo and fregola salad with pesto sauce
  • Slow cooked lamb shoulder with hommus, fattoush salad, feta, olives and sumac
  • Pan fried fish of the day with roasted masala potatoes, green beans with a tamarind and tomato salsa
  • Mushroom risotto with asparagus, rocket, pesto and parmesan

 

Desserts

  • Dark chocolate mousse with red wine poached pear, vanilla cream and macadamia crumble
  • Citrus tart with whipped crème fraiche, berries and raspberry sorbet
